1. Introduction

CineTribe ('us', 'we', or 'our') operates the CineTribe mobile application (the 'Service'). These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to register for the Service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Content Guidelines

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ('Content'). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive.
• Victimizes or intimidates individuals based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, etc.
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, or copyright of any party.
• Spoilers: You MUST use the 'Spoiler' tag when posting reviews or comments that contain significant plot points to respect others' viewing experience.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CineTribe and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.

6. Third-Party Trademarks & Assets

CineTribe acknowledges and respects the intellectual property of others:

• Trademarks: All third-party trademarks (including IMAX, Dolby Cinema, X/Twitter, Instagram) are property of their respective owners. Use is for informational/identification purposes only.
• Movie Metadata: Sourced from public databases like OMDB and used under 'Fair Use' for informational and review purposes.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
